Before you buy

Not sure whether the lounger or the ChillGo suits your space? Want to know which sling colours are available in a particular frame finish, or whether a colourway you have seen elsewhere is coming? Ask us. We would rather talk you into the right one than process a return.

About an order

Include your order number and we can look it up straight away. If your order has shipped, tracking is in the second email we send — check spam if you cannot find it.

Something arrived damaged

Send photographs of the item and the carton within 14 days of delivery. We replace or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. Full detail on the Returns & Warranty page.

Warranty claims

Two years on the frame, the welded sling seams and the polyamide connectors. Email your order number and photographs of the issue.

Trade, hospitality and bulk

If you are furnishing a hotel terrace, a pool deck, a rental property or a restaurant patio, write to us with quantities and we will come back with pricing and lead times.

Delivery outside our standard area

We currently ship within the United States. If you need delivery elsewhere, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can arrange it and at what cost.

Returns

Please do not send anything back before emailing us — we will confirm the return address with you. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
