Shipping policy
Everything on this site is currently a pre-order
Our loungers and chairs are not in stock today. When you order, you are reserving an item from our first production run. We ship your order within 120 days of the day you place it. Your own ship-by date is worked out at checkout and printed on your order and your confirmation email, so you always have it in writing.
You can cancel at any time before your order ships and get a full refund. If we are going to miss your ship-by date, we will email you before it passes with a new date, and you can accept it or cancel for a full refund. The full detail is on our Pre-Order Terms page.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States.
If you need delivery outside our standard shipping area, contact sales@ottomara.com before ordering and we will confirm whether we can arrange it and at what cost.
Shipping rates
Orders of $399 or more ship free. Orders under $399 are charged a flat $29. The rate is calculated at checkout, so you always see it before you pay.
At our current founding pre-order pricing, a single lounger, a pair of loungers and a pair of ChillGo chairs all reach the free shipping threshold. A single ChillGo chair does not.
Processing and delivery
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your pre-order is placed, stating your ship-by date. You will receive a second email with tracking once your order actually ships.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, the carrier's own delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by events outside our control after that point. This does not affect the ship-by date we commit to above, or your right to cancel a pre-order before it ships.
How it ships
Each lounger and each chair ships flat in its own carton with the carrying bag inside.

Damaged in transit
Please check your order on arrival. If anything has been damaged, contact sales@ottomara.com within 14 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you, including return shipping.
