Shipping rates

Orders of $399 or more ship free. Orders under $399 are charged a flat $29. The rate is calculated at checkout, so you always see it before you pay.

Because our 2-pack pricing puts both a pair of loungers and a pair of ChillGo chairs above $399, every 2-pack ships free.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery area

If you would like delivery outside our standard shipping area, contact sales@ottomara.com before ordering and we will confirm whether we can arrange it and at what cost.

Damaged in transit

Please check your order on arrival. If anything has been damaged, contact sales@ottomara.com within 14 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you, including return shipping.
